By accessing the Website or purchasing any backstage pass, VIP package, meet-and-greet, or concert-related experience (collectively, the “Experiences”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. ELIGIBILITY & GLOBAL USE
You represent and warrant that:

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and purchase of Experiences is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. NATURE OF EXPERIENCES (IMPORTANT)
• Experiences may include backstage access, VIP seating, hospitality, merchandise, or other benefits as described at the time of purchase.
• No Experience guarantees personal interaction with any specific artist unless expressly stated in writing.
• Artists, venues, schedules, and Experience components are subject to change at any time.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event ticket is NOT included in VIP package offering. A valid ticket is required to take part in the VIP Experience. Refunds will not be provided to purchasers who fail to produce a valid event ticket at time of check in.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we act solely as an experience provider and/or authorized reseller, not as the performing artist, venue, or promoter.
3. PRICING, CURRENCY & PAYMENT
• Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. Where not otherwise explicitly stated, prices are in US dollars.
• Currency conversions are approximate and subject to exchange-rate fluctuations.
• Your bank or payment provider may apply foreign transaction or conversion fees.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any transaction at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or misuse.

You are solely responsible for:
• Any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, customs duties, or similar charges imposed by local authorities
• Any import/export restrictions affecting merchandise or Experience benefits

• Venue changes
• Weather conditions
• Travel disruptions
• Missed check-ins
• Personal circumstances
If a refund is legally required, it shall be limited to the face value paid for the Experience only, excluding service fees, taxes, and incidental expenses.
6. EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Experiences may be modified, rescheduled, substituted, or canceled at any time.
If an Experience is canceled and no comparable replacement is offered, our maximum liability—if any—is limited to the amount you paid for that Experience.
We are not responsible for travel, lodging, visas, insurance, or other related costs.
7. TRAVEL, VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You are solely responsible for:
• Obtaining visas, permits, and travel documents
• Meeting entry requirements for venues, countries, or events
• Arriving on time and complying with local laws

By participating in an Experience, you grant the Company and its partners a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to:
• Photograph, film, or record you
• Use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes
No compensation is owed unless required by law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Arbitration shall be administered by the JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or American Arbitration Association (AAA) (Company’s election).
• The seat of arbitration shall be Los Angeles, California, United States.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
• One (1) arbitrator shall preside.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that claims may be brought only in your individual capacity. Class actions, collective actions, representative actions, and private attorney-general actions are waived.
This clause does not prevent claims that must, under mandatory consumer law, be brought in local courts.
17. EU / UK CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right.
However, this right does not apply to leisure services or live events provided on a specific date or period. Accordingly, VIP and backstage Experiences are exempt from cancellation rights once purchased, unless local law explicitly requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under EU, UK, or local consumer law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Los Angeles, California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
