YOU MUST have a valid ticket to enter the venue for the Backstage VIP Experience and the show. No exceptions. The Backstage VIP Experience that you purchased DOES NOT include a ticket. If you do not have a ticket yet, there are still a limited amount for purchase at https://www.eventim.pl/artist/enrique-iglesias

When you check in for the Backstage VIP Experience you will be given your VIP Laminate and Signed Poster. After everyone is checked in, the Backstage VIP Tour will begin.

Gold Package purchasers will go in one group and Platinum Package purchasers will go in another group.

During the VIP Backstage Tour you will be behind the scenes of the entire show. Keep in mind that there are many people who are working to make the show happen, so please try not to disturb their work.

You may take photos and videos of the Backstage Tour but we also ask that you politely use discretion so not to interrupt people.

After the VIP Backstage Tour, you will be taken to meet some of the members of Enrique’s band. Photos and videos are allowed during this time. Also as a reminder, the VIP Experience DOES NOT include a Meet & Greet with Enrique Iglesias.

After meeting the members of Enrique’s band, Platinum VIPs will be taken to for a photo on the stage. Gold VIPs will be released into the venue to take their place on the floor, find their seats or go to the merch booth early.

Please note that Backstage VIP Experience schedules are subject to change depending on the schedule and logistics of the show. Our hope is to allow VIPs to get access to their seats or the standing zone before anyone else, however this cannot be 100% guaranteed as there are many logistics with the show that may influence the schedule.

As a VIP buyer you will be required to stay with the VIP group until the VIP experience has concluded.

If the VIP Experience is delayed, we will give VIP buyers the option to go to the standing zone shortly before any early entry tickets or doors are open. HOWEVER if you elect to leave the Backstage VIP Experience to go to your seats or the standing Zone, you may not return to the VIP Experience and you will forfeit any part of the Experience that has not been completed.

Every part of the VIP Experience will happen before the start of the concert.
