IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU MUST have a valid ticket to enter the venue for the Backstage VIP Experience and the show.‍ ‍NO EXCEPTIONS.‍

HOW DOES THE VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE WORK?

When you purchase your VIP Backstage Experience you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and information about timing for arrival / check in.

On the day of the show you will check into the Backstage VIP Experience. At check in you will be given your VIP Laminate and Signed Poster. Check in typically begins 3-4 hours before the show. After everyone is checked in, the Backstage VIP Tour will begin. If you are late to check-in you will not be able to join the VIP Backstage Tour.

Gold Package purchasers will join one group and Platinum Package purchasers will join another group.

During the VIP Backstage Tour you will be behind the scenes of show production. Keep in mind that there are many people who are working to make the show happen, so please try not to disturb their work.

After the VIP Backstage Tour, you will be taken to meet some of the members of Enrique’s band. As a reminder, the VIP Experience DOES NOT include a Meet & Greet with Enrique Iglesias.

After meeting the members of Enrique’s band, Platinum VIPs will be taken for a photo on the stage.

Gold VIPs will be released into the venue to take their place on the floor, find their seats or go to the merch booth early.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

YES!!! You may take photos and videos of the Backstage Tour but we also ask that you politely use discretion so not to interrupt people working on the show.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SCHEDULES:

Every part of the VIP Experience will happen before the start of the concert.

Please note that Backstage VIP Experience schedules are subject to change depending on the logistics of the show. Our goal is to allow VIPs to get access to their seats or the standing zone before venue doors open, however this cannot be 100% guaranteed as there are many logistics with the show that may influence the schedule.

If the VIP Experience is delayed, VIP buyers will be given the option to go to their seats or the standing floor shortly before venue doors open. If you elect to leave the Backstage VIP Experience to go to your seats or the standing floor, you may not return to the VIP Experience and you will forfeit any part of the VIP Experience that has not been completed.
